Bruno Malfacine, born on August 28, 1986, in Duque de Caxias (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), began training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the age of 11, influenced by his uncle. After a brief pause, he resumed training under Vinicius Amaral of the GFT team, earning his belts up to black in 2006. In 2008, he joined the Alliance team, training with the legendary Fabio Gurgel. It was there that his career took off, leading him to become one of the greatest roosterweights in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu history. Considered an absolute reference in his category, Malfacine is recognized worldwide for his technique, dedication, and extraordinary achievements.
